We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with an interest in contemporary art, to assist in the delivery of our ambitious programme of exhibitions and events. We couldn’t achieve as much as we do without the hard work and enthusiasm from our team of Grundy volunteers.

Alongside the Grundy staff you will play an active role in the programme of exhibitions, related events and talks. This is an opportunity to find out more about the reality of contemporary art production and presentation, working in an art organisation and engaging people with art.

We will invite to interview, applicants who have demonstrated:

  • A developing knowledge of contemporary visual arts practice
  • An interest in Grundy’s highly ambitious programme
  • Good organisational, practical, literacy and numeracy skills
  • A willingness to participate in wide range of administrative and practical tasks

Interviews are an informal one to one conversation with a member of the team. If successful you will be invited to join the team of Grundy volunteers.
Throughout your time with us there will be opportunities to discuss your own professional development and gain specific experience in the area of your choice.
