The Blackpool Art Fair will showcase a wide variety of the creative activities that are occurring across the Fylde Coast. It is an exhibition that has been inspired by Grundy’s fascination and admiration of these practices and includes some of the things that have made us go “WOW”.
For the first ever Fair, we are pleased to be presenting The Blackpool and Fylde Model Boat Club, the incredible cake designs of Cake Chat, the Westcliffe Hotel’s Knit and Natter productions, Gwen Jones and the Blackpool and Fylde Model Railway Society, artist-led organization Supercollider, and documentation and fond memories of Blackpool Pet-Tastic which occurred earlier in the year.
Also included is an exhibition of over 160 artworks produced by artists from the Fylde Coast and nearby, which includes painting, photography and sculpture, many of which are for sale. There are some real treats on offer!
And we’ll be wishing our friend the Blackpool Art Society a very happy 125th birthday and showcasing a diverse range of the visual and applied art produced by its current members.
